Wir sind das Bildungswerk der Gewerkschaften in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Unsere Seminare richten sich an Betriebsräte und Personalräte, Mitarbeitervertreter/innen, JAVis und Vertrauenspersonen der Schwerbehinderten und an alle Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer, die sich für ihre Rechte interessieren.Über unsere App lassen sich nicht nur unsere Seminare finden und bequem online buchen. Unser Freistellungsratgeber hilft auch weiter bei Fragen zur Freistellung von InteressenvertreterInnen für Weiterbildung nach § 37 (6) BetrVG, § 46 Abs. 6 BPersVG, § 42 Abs. 5 LPVG, § 16 MVO, § 96 Abs. 4 SGB IX oder nach AWbG (Bildungsurlaub).
Unser Angebot reicht von Fortbildungen zum Arbeitsrecht über die Einführung in die Betriebsratsarbeit und Personalratsarbeit oder die Mitwirkung der Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung bis hin zu Fragen der Protokollführung oder Seminare für Betriebsratsvorsitzende. Wir qualifizieren auch Gleichstellungsbeauftragte, Wahlvorstandsmitglieder oder Gesundheitsberater/innen, Mitglieder im Wirtschaftsausschuss oder Sicherheitsbeauftragte für ihre Tätigkeit. Wir kooperieren mit den Mitgliedsgewerkschaften des DGB, also mit ver.di, IG Metall, NGG, IG BAU, DGB, GdP, EVG, IG BCE und GEW.
