ICRE Gargoti noticeboard app helps you to access online notices, events, syllabus, notes etc. on your phone. These notices can have images, documents, texts and virtual link of videos.

• Share Notice & Events –
- Staff members can post notices and events on app.
- They can be in the form of text, images, documents, pdf.
- Staff can also receive the notices sent by Principal or Management.
- Student shall be notified on the notices and events posted on app.
- Notices and Event can be sent course wise, class wise, groups or everyone.

• Notes –
- Staff members can upload the subject wise notes on app.
- Student can view and download the notes.
- Notes can be in the form of image, pdf, doc.

• Academic Calendar –
- Academic calendar shall be uploaded by authorized person.
- Calendar can be viewed and downloaded by all person login to system.

• Time Tables –
- Lectures, Unit test, Mid-term, Final exam time tables can be uploaded on system.
- Everyone can download and view the time tables.

• Attendance –
- Daily attendance can be submitted by staff members.
- Student can view their daily attendance.
- Parents shall be notified on absenteeism on their child.
- Attendance percentage can be calculated and sent to respective student and parents.
