1 ★This is my 3rd and final review. My first review was a 5 then the secondwas a 3 now a well deserved 1. There have been the same bug issues from thestart. They also run the customer service through a 3rd party which is hardas hell to navigate so the actual game developers do not have to deal withthe players. I removed this from my phone and wish them well.
1 ★Great game when it loads. The game almost never gets to the the firstsplash screen before it crashes. I live games like this one but make sureit runs before you publish it. I not the only one who has this problem. I'mkicking myself for paying real money to get a starter package and not beingable to use it because I cannot get on. I have tried restarting the phone,reinstalling the app and noting works.
5 ★This game is awesome. I dont mind the glitches. I somehow lost all myprogress. Please help me recover it. I already sent tonnes of emails butthere has no help so far. It has been a week since this happened. I reallylove the game and i want my progress back. Please help.
3 ★My original score was a 5/5 after playing for a week. After playing everyday since release I've downgraded that score to 3/5. Here's why. The mostdamning thing about this game is that they released it in a very incompletestate. The throne is inaccessible, the boss tower is inaccessible, youcannot form guild alliances, you cannot access your heroes' ultimateskills, there is no quick heal option, the zodiac sign does not work, etc.There are quite a few bugs and unbalanced heroes too. Yet, even with thisthey charge premium prices in the store. The state of the guild wars islaughably unbalanced. One castle can overwhelm a guild of 40 with zerorecourse. You cannot use numbers to your advantage. It's a joke. Rather,you've all the Korean guilds bullying everyone else. This has killed moral,caused players to leave en mass, and will likely kill the game. This gamewas not ready for primetime but Gamevil shoved it out the door anyways.With a lot of dev effort it could have potential. However, after six weeksmy hopes aren't high. It's very disappointing because I like the game'sconcept.
4 ★Game is really fun. My only complaint is the numerous disconnects from theserver. Sometime i have to restart the game every 3 mins or so to keep aconnection to the server and im on wifi.

3 ★Ok first off alot of disconnects since the new update with that being saidall around it's a great game...it truly is free to play if ur willing to dothe grind which isn't hard with the patrol option,my biggest issue with thegame honestly is gem crafting besides it takes so much to get to craftinghigher tier gems the fact that it's all random is bad if I craft 3 critgens I should be able to make a higher tier crit gem not a higher tierrandom gem or atk gem ect I understand farming for gems but to have to riskmedioca gems u need for a higher tier random gem u don't need isentproductive
