1 ★I purchased the course of eo/ro. it was written in it that there will be weekly tests and unlimited test series but no test is being done yet, it has been a month to purchase this course. Very disappointed. i tried to contact with support team but they never give positive response.
1 ★Very disappointed app. Classes are disappeared which I read at first. When I open my purchase course Bhramhastra, some classes are disappeared where I stopped my reading. And also have not any contact process by messaging or emailing without calling. Also have not any download option on app.
1 ★The Teachers are excellent that's why I've purchased the course... But the app is really irritating I've asked many times on watsapp how to download the pdf.... I don't know what is the matter, it keeps burrfeing but the pdf nvr opens....pls resolve this issue.
1 ★11/03/2023 Downloading of pdf in app is having problem. While downloading pdf it will stuck in between. And downloading will fail. Some other reviews are there addressing the same issue so Please look into it. Now on 14/03/2023 I am editing this review after connecting them several times through phone and WhatsApp thier support team is useless they have only one answer "Update" your app. Teachers are excellent but without a good support team all is vain.
