5 ★Very good app. I love it. Seems to allow access to it for quite a while before u have to purchase, if ever. But so far so good. I dont recall the ads so must not be that bad. Has clicker sound and i appreciate that. Its a smart app, adjusts to my input. Very user friendly and easy to customize to your doggy woof woof. Love it.
4 ★I think it's a great training app for first time dog owners/trainers. Very pleased with it so far. My only complaint would be the lack of an alternative training aide to the clicker, since I don't intend to use one myself, and know a number of other dog owners who don't, and even some who can't, due to hearing impairment experienced by the dogs. With that said, I wa s very of l pleased to see that at least half of the "good example" videos displayed owners completing the trainings without them.
5 ★Absolutely recommend this app to anyone having a hard time with training your pup. It easily helps organize and track your dog's progress. Like many, my job takes a lot out of me and having Dogo to help guide me to obedience goals as well as create quick training sessions out of exercises he already knows let's my brain and body take things a bit easier but still give my dog the training he needs. Amazing app with very fair subscription prices. The improvement seen in just the trial is amazing!
4 ★The app is very well informed and is a great tool for dog training. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I cannot seem to access the potty training reminder widget, which is what drew me to the app in the first place. I have a galaxy phone, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but every time I go to add the widget, the only one available to add is the clicker widget. Still a great app overall and I recommend it for all dog owners
5 ★This is a very well designed and intuitive application. Very easy to follow. My only recommendation would be to add a moment of time to read and understand the instructions before starting the timer or having the option of when to begin the actual training after understanding the guidelines. I would also recommend being able to search for a desired command.
4 ★It seems like a really good app so far however, when I'm trying to train I can't be looking at my phone looking for the clicker button, I need to be able to watch my dog and click the moment he does the correct behavior. The clicker button is too small, it needs to be the entire lower half of the screen. I'm constantly having to look back down at my phone because I missed the click button and it can be quite irritating. it's never good to train when you're in a bad mood.
4 ★It's letting me find my failings from past dogs. I'll see in a year or less if it rates another star. So far the pace is about right for the 8 to 9 week old blue heeler puppies I'm working with. One is a stubborn bully the other is doing everything he can for positive attention. The stubborn one is learning, reluctantly. The other is rushing through the lessons as fast as he can. So far they both finish the lessons within time but one needs much bribeing and repeating commands.
1 ★I was fooled into getting this app not realizing the fee until the end. However, my cc was charged for 3 times the fee is supposed to be and I can't figure out how to unsubscribe. Also, I was told I would receive an email on the last day of my free trial to remind me if I wanted to continue or not and I did not receive that reminder email. The app has not taught me anything new or helpful
5 ★This app has help me teach my 4 month old puppy how to do some tricks. We are still working on them. It reminds me when he has to go to the bathroom. It reminds me when tricks are due to be taught again. I keep repeating the same tricks so he can get them as he grows every day. I def love this app. It is free but there is a pop up that tells you, you can buy it for a year for $39.99 an other payment option but I chose to do the free part first.
4 ★I really like the clicker in the app, nice, strong sound. I have a rescue, an Australian Kelpie, very stubborn! But, I use the clicker as a way to tell her, what she's doing is 'wrong', stop it. One of the few ways, she doesn't get upset, afraid. But, I also have a new puppy, BCX. I do know how to train her, but, I like the extra things to train, and, how to train, that, normally, I wouldnt train. The videos are very helpful, also.
5 ★Well so far I am loving the Doggo app. I'm just using the basic one and not the premium. The basic one seems to have everything I need to help me train my dog. You pick the exercise or activity you want to do with your dog and it shows you step-by-step on how to do it with examples from other pet parents in short videos. It has a 2 minute countdown timer to do each training and also has a clicker and a whistle in the app. It makes training easier and fun for all.
2 ★This app has been amazing for my 9-year-old daughter. It helps her track her puppy's feeding times and potty times and reminds her to practice with him each day. UPDATE: After about 2 weeks, the app became quite frustrating. It takes anywhere from three to ten minutes to open. Once open it works fine, but this is very annoying. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would get rid of it and find a different dog training app.
