Warbands:Bushido is a miniatures board game online arena with cards, miniatures, dice (i.e. dice random involved) and beautiful terrains to fight on, with both multiplayer battles boardgamers are used to, and challenging single-player scenarios.

Game has a isometric, tabletop-style look with miniature-style characters, cards, dice, pre-rendered battlefields and story-mode scenarios. There will be more than 50 various paintable units and heroes planned for full-scale release and later additions. Multiplayer skirmish will let you test your skills in best traditions of tabletop wargame classics with a fast-paced gameplay. While single-player scenarios with their own characters and events, are highly influenced by classic turn-based RPG tactics.

Game background - is the story of civil war in 16th century Japan, known as “Warring States period”. Samurais and ronins, criminals of all sorts, ninja clans, Chinese pirates, Portuguese mercenaries and firearms traders, all trying to benefit from anarchy and conflict. It is hard to find a more atmospheric and dense setting for a tactical board war games.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★I like the game but I think the user interface could be improved some and also there are some things which might still have problems such as victory gold and Battle Zeal. I'd like to contact the company but I'm still trying to find their information. There are also some typos in the text. (edit: apparently the info popped up after I wrote my review so I'll be in contact shortly)
2 ★i truly like the concept but the fact that you literally cant beat a single level when you start because either your out of time trying to figure out the controls and what the cards do and how to make them work, or the other teams characters are so much stronger then you its a pointless task. id truly love to see this game flurish as im a avid lover of strategic game play but the bugs right now are to much for me.
2 ★i want to like this game but pvp is unbalanced the game is interesting, the probl is when you get to a certain level and play other players the other players have fully leveled models somit is nearly impossible to do anything to level up your own models through playing. many players sit in the back of the board and eliminate you bedore you can roll any dice and shoot theough bariers. frusyrating.
4 ★*A TRULY GREAT GAME!* BUT developers should nerf guns, or at least make it that any shot through objects are only 1 die roll no matter what; it's almost impossible to win if they continue to just shoot through objects (this is exacerbated in rank which is sad). Also I feel if you surround an enemy with more than 2 units, then it should always be 1 die roll for the surrounded enemy regardless of level. I only started to notice these problems once I reached level 20. No other complaints GREAT GAME!
3 ★Played this game as a F2P player for a couple weeks. Was pretty fun, although kind of lacking in explanation and instructions. Good tactical base game and some decently fun scenarios. Unfortunately after hitting level 20 the game became very pay to win very quickly. Lack of login rewards or daily quests or something like that is pretty much going to make me move on to the next game. But, this should be able to keep somebodies interest for a couple days if they like turn based tactics.
2 ★I genuinely tried to like this game, it has a fantastic premise and a style that is just great and belongs in a game like this. I even paid for a months subscription which leads me to the few issues which award the 2 star rating. The subscription feels almost mandatory to stand a chance after the first few hours. The daily dust and gold make it so you will actually be able to get the warband you want, albeit after a few days. Otherwise it is an immensely steep grind without alot of luck. Please note however the subscription is VERY reasonably priced, and I would happily pay it to enjoy this game, this isn't an issue as much as a warning label, sub opens the game. Now the actual issues: - You can ONLY level up your units in PvP matches, there is literally no other way or mode that awards units experience. What this means is you will be going into approx. 20-30 battles with a subpar team, just to level the units you want up, and because you go in with a subpar team, you are at a disadvantage and so the inevitable higher defeats will make it even harder to finish. I would love for a way to level units without joining a skirmish, as by the 2nd day I was simply instantly surrendering the moment I encountered a human player, as it was just ten times easier to keep doing this until I fought the AI bots that I could outplay with a lesser team, just make this a mode to level units Vs AI. -The PvE scenarios are okay, except for two glaring faults. 1.) The scenarios give no experience or gold or any reward but a single 5WP unit depending on the difficulty you completed, green for normal, blue for hard and legendary for insane, fair enough. The problem and 2.) Comes in that ONLY THE LEGENDARY VERSION MATTERS. Especially above rank 10 where legendary units are so powerful, and arena only allows legendary units, so this is your goal. This is an unrealistic goal however as you have to complete insane difficulty to do this, which has you face all fully levelled legendary enemies, often at a huge numbers disadvantage, and if you fail, unlike the other difficulties, you can't just restart that checkpoint, you have to restart the entire PvE campaign, so you wasted hours for nothing due to one bad dice roll which kills your guy on the final level of the campaign. What is the point of unlocking a legendary unit when you literally NEED full legendary units already just to complete the thing, it is reverse progression since you will likely already have the unit it unlocks just to stand a chance. I would like to see checkpoints added or some kind of compensation reward for time spent like unit experience. Try doing the Samurai campaign on insane difficulty, where you are severely outnumbered, lose your turn to a fresh batch of enemies when the next wave hits, and enemy archers that just spawned always get the first shot before you can react, free damage against you, and not even a checkpoint to restart at between 12 waves of enemies if you mess up. This is just poor level difficulty design for a reward you will already have by the point you can do this. As a final note, the dust system for getting rid of spare units and orders and creating new ones is mercilessly slow, hence the subscription helping so much. Not only by the incredibly low dust amount given, but the fact that you are expected to level up these terrible units, which links to problem 1.) About it taking ages and not being fun, further salts the wound. N,o I do not want to take an inexperienced waste of a unit into 20 battles just to get 5% closer to crafting that useful legendary unit... I enjoy the game at times, but because of these poor design aspects I find myself hating and closing the game more often than I find myself having fun. If you download it, pay the £4 and get a subscription though and you should honestly get a bit of entertainment out of it before the hump sets in.
2 ★The graphic is decent, although it reminds me more of a modern anime rather than samurai era Japan. The layout however is so cramped and the text is so small, i have squinted and still have problem reading them on my samsung s8 note. Game control a bit confusing as we have to drag cards over characters, which means we can accidentally drop it on the wrong character if it is close to the intended one. It would be better if we simply choose a character then choose (or not) a card, which would also allow a wider selection screen with much more readable text.
2 ★Do not like the aspect you cant gain back dead units, second seems a bit unbalanced in AI. Restarting the campian with one on like five is unfair nd not being able to gain back you dead units, is kinda hard to get past the 1st set of levels
4 ★It's a good game. Good depth of unit options and good gameplay generally. Lacks explanation about unit xp. Hard to read skill cards during battle because you have to enlarge by drag and hold, but then you can't read it because your finger is in the way. I thought skirmish matchmaking should be based on warband points spent - not player level.
4 ★Well polished turn-based skirmish miniature game. Interesting campaign. Lots of units. Gameplay feels a bit formulaic, though. The battlefield UI could be improved: the cards are not easily read; it is difficult to pop up unit stats page; and when the battlefield is even slightly crowded, basic info (start dots) sometimes are hidden.
5 ★This is the BEST turn based combat game I've played on mobile. Many options to build and improve a team of fighters, with the battle outcomes based slightly on luck, and almost exclusively on skill. A beautiful game, that is fun to play again and again. Every battle is a new experience!
3 ★Overall a very good idea and execution. Balancing however (Example being Nanban Mercenary with take aim) spoils the experience. The game plays very well and you can progress through game currency with a tactical approach and long term view. I was enjoying the challenge and development and it was a firm 5 star, until Get to level 20 however and the balance trolls come out to play. One shot kills from anywhere with the Nanban Mercenary means you either play the troll game, lose, or go elsewhere
