Nuestra aplicación es una herramienta poderosa, que bien aprovechada puede ser muy útil. Así que lo invitamos a que se familiarice con ella.

Todos nuestras etiquetas dinámicas pueden ser escaneadas con un lector de QRs (smartphone, tablet con conexión a internet) y así acceder a a la información almacenada. Por lo tanto, cualquier persona. Por ejemplo; un acudiente de un estudiante (padre, madre, o personal de un plantel educativo) podrá acceder a la información registrada en dicha etiqueta.

Las siguientes áreas son:

Credenciales: Escaneando la etiqueta dinámica (QR), podrá verificar si la credencial pertenece al portador de la misma. Sirve como control de acceso, para el ingreso a una entidad o evento. Es una herramienta útil para personal nuevo en el área de seguridad o logística. NO requiere código de validación.

Ruta: Podemos llevar un control de las personas autorizadas en una ruta de transporte, adicionalmente, se registra la hora al ingreso del vehículo. Requiere código de validación.

Retardos: Podrá llevar un registro de las personas que ingresan después de una hora preestablecida. Requiere código de validación.

Observaciones: Sobre la etiqueta dinámica podremos escribir notas aclaratorias, tareas especificas, llamadas de atención, entre otras tantas. Requiere código de validación.

Cafetería: Muchos dudarán de su utilidad, pero para muchas entidades, serviríaá para llevar control de quienes reclaman su refrigerio o ración para diferentes tipos de control: verificación de entrega de comidas por parte de los contratistas, detección de posible anorexia. Requiere código de validación.

Préstamos: Muy útil para bibliotecas y unidades deportivas. Podrán llevar registro de los elementos o libros que están en poder de una persona registrada y cuando se hace su devolución se descargan de la lista.
¿Cómo hacer para prestar un elemento?
1. Primero escanee el código de la persona que solicita el préstamo.
2. Escanee el código QR del elemento a prestar. ¡Listo!
¿Cómo hacer cuándo hay la devolución de un elemento?
Siga los pasos anteriores (1 y 2).
