2 ★UI is really cluttered and sometimes unintuitive, you often forget what you're looking for and get lost in the menus. Also - VIII cranial nerve examination includes Epley maneuver... Neurological examination could be simply one button, it doesn't take that long in real life.
2 ★Really great app, until you're told you have to pay quite a bit to continue. More than $30/month?! Ooof nope. Fun while it lasted. Make it totally free to play, but with the possibility to pay for the premium upgrades/hints, etc.
1 ★I was shocked twice...first, by the quality content it provided me , secondly , i was disappointed after playing and earning many Xps and then i discovered it was not free app...in addition the monthly and yearly subscriptions is sky high !! and this may be the end for this app and the rating will not be good . I hope you make lifetime subscription with a good price or make it free....i will give 5 starts if this happens
3 ★It's really a nice app (the diagnostic approach is ideal and it reflects reality), but there are a few missing features such as - 1. Visuals of X-Rays, MRIs, etc. 2. Possibility to do emergency interventions (e.g. give insulin and hydrate) 3. Refer patient
5 ★As a 5th year medical student who has had this app for >1 year now, it has really helped with clinical presentations and investigations. If you're considering getting this app and you are wanting to make use of your time and have data on your phone, this IS a wise investment. If the creators are reading this, thank you, but could you update it with a couple of suggestions please? 1.] Theory: upon ICD diagnosis (and perhaps getting it right or wrong), it would be nice to have a small paragraph or key indicators that lead to the suspicion of the diagnosis. I had encountered many rare or atypical diagnoses where the investigations were fairly non-specific an no explanation with the rationale of diagnosis. 2.] Offline mode, atleast for some or limited cases? There's plenty of times where I don't have network coverage but yet I want to do medical cases 3.] Future treatment option? I understand from different countries/regions have different approaches to Tx but let's say if the case is a Microbial Infection, there could be a bonus section in suggesting lines of treatment? Thanks and I really look forward to seeing how this app develops further!
5 ★Really love this app, interesting cases. It would be nice if there were a paediatric section.
4 ★I love it! Here are the things I would change though: 1) when you order a CT or something you get to actually see the CT. 2) No premium, free for everyone. I understand why you don't do this, but I'd even be accepting of ads if it was free. It's such an amazing app. I've learned so much.
5 ★Very good app. Would love to support the dev but its too expensive for Med student. But they have unlock Dx by ads which is good. We get Dx and so goes the devs. As a student myself that started rotation. A must have app for practice. Adding Rx mode is a suggestion from me. Thank you devs. Awesome
4 ★Excellent practice for evaluation/workup of patients. A bit expensive though. I understand the need for a subscription model but make it a little more affordable with options for annual plan. Great app.
3 ★I wish I knew it was a trial. This game is incredibly fun and informative, especially for someone in the medical field. However, demanding a subscription 4 hours after download and blocking any further play is deceitful. It was great while it lasted.
3 ★I really like this app but I wish it had some kind of "beginner" mode for people like me who are interested in learning but have no or very little medical knowledge. A suggestion would be to have a medical dictionary/web search cheat box type thing that is available everywhere on the app & the option to click on any word/disease & illness name/medicine etc, and it pops up the definition so you dont have to leave the app to search for the meaning of everything. 5 stars if this gets added :) lol
5 ★Great game and all, but it kinda teaches you to think zebras instead of horses. Most of the diseases I encountered were severe and hard to diagnose, given the fact that you should always think of simpler diseases, not to put the patient through unnecessary and painful procedures, e.g. mistaking a sore throat for laryngeal cancer.. There should be more simple and easy to diagnose illnesses like the flu or measles and more diagnostic tools. Great game otherwise, I'm all down for it.
