1 ★It is very limiting for people who want to learn more than 20 minutes a day and it's subscription plans are expensive. What is done during the trial period is quite different than after a subscription and regrettably I paid for the 3 year subscription when I wanted to pay for a month and I'm stuck paying it for next 3 years. My advice read the fine print when making a subscription. Duolingo is much cheaper and better than this.
5 ★I have completed over 120 daily lessons by now and I would say it's a great app. It forces you to try new things because the new concepts are chosen somewhat randomly and the bits of story you get each day add some continuity and flavor over many lessons. Sometimes it's frustrating to have to fail a lesson you don't understand in order to see the explination but it gives you a chance to try to figure it out on your own. Plus the once a day format is a nice change from other apps out there.
5 ★Learning German with it, I can say it's an amazing app. You never get bored, the series are always fun and I learn everyday new vocabulary and practice the grammar as well. I totally recommend 👍 💯
2 ★The lessons were really hard and they didn't seem to learn my skill level. It was super discouraging to see 40% and 50% every lesson. I felt like I was failing. Also the lessons definitely took me closer to 30 mins, not 15. When I was consistent, I did notice improvement but I found it really frustrating to consistently be presented with questions I didn't know the answer to (some of which I had never been taught!) For this price it's probably better to get a tutor and a textbook.
1 ★Unfortunately, this system is not efficient. They claim it works but it doesn't. You will be provided with texts and audio far beyond your level of understanding. Grammar in the form of text as in university, and 3 sentences to practise it. Words are not activated, they will just show you a word with hidden translation and you should just tell them if you remember it. But how will I remember it if the app didn't bother to help me memorise it? Now i have 600 words to revise. Impossible.

3 ★I like the variety, but I wish there was more with the video stories. There are a lot of exercises that introduce several new words with no context for me to guess what those words/ phrases are, making it feel a bit drudgery to complete.
