Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★There is absolutely no reason why I should have to put in $10+ in order to do a $4 charging session when I already have over $20 in the account. Also $10 should not be the minimum that someone can put in when $5 is enough to get almost any ev to 80%
1 ★Unusable interface. To even get past first page, asks questions that avg user doesn't know like battery size and charging rate in amps. I didn't want to guess, so I gave up.
1 ★Buggy app, buggy hardware. If youre a business, don't install these please. "Adaptive Load Management" just means itll charge your car slow. Doesnt matter what time you tell it you'll leave, itll just charge at 8 amps instead of 32. And then will flicker around between 8 and 32. Just look at the forums online asking about it. Edit: The customer service reps do not understand their own system, and do not give advice or explanatiobs that demonstrate that they have any idea what is going on.
1 ★very poor, this app will strand you when you most need it. Loss of connection to internet, loss of connection to app, error at charger- this goes on and on.
2 ★You have to "program" the app to what charge you want. This type of micromanagement is cool, but i would want an auto profile to my car so i can input bounds later
1 ★Completely nonfunctional. Please update your entire system to be able to pay with credit cards, as your app simply does not work. Have not been able to start any of your chargers, and I'm an engineer.
2 ★Worked okay for a few months. The app started giving me a variety of errors. I sent an email from the help section of the app. Crickets. No response.
1 ★This app used to work fine. No longer. It hangs launching, hangs when attempting to log on, hangs when attempting to reset password (doesn't send recovery email).
1 ★Forces you to top up in increments of 10$, instead of actuall charging you at the end for how much you consumed. Took me longer to set up the app than it took me to find a parking spot.
4 ★Functional. It works. Shows the projected power delivery over time. App is quite rough around the edges though.
1 ★The most complicated charging experience I've ever had. Way too many questions. Just let people tap and plug in. Sorry, have to uninstall.
1 ★off-line feature doesn't work at all. If you can't get online, you can't charge and you are stranded. Capturing the code until you get online doesn't work.
