Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★It's pretty cool to have Alexa in my car but it's very hard to get it's attention sometimes I have to yell at it. The main thing I wish this had was GPS capability UPDATE: after using it for a few days I'm honestly getting a bit frustrated. I have to yell just about as loud as I can to get it to hear me, and mind you my car is quiet. Hopefully this will improve... Although I'm not sure simple software updates can fix this, but here's hoping. I can't seem to get it to work at all until I open the app on my phone, is that how it's supposed to be?? More updates to come UPDATE 2:. now more than half the time it will not respond to voice at all until I hit the microphone button. I can yell "Alexa" directly into the mic and nothing. Also, when I tell it to play music I usually say "shuffle my ___ playlist" and it starts playing, but it will not shuffle off the bat, it plays in alphabetical order until I tell it to shuffle again. Also realized one thing I miss about my old Bluetooth setup, the buttons lit up so I could see them at night.
3 ★App is ok and here are some pros and cons. PROS: Love that i can use my steering wheel to change the tracks. Telling Alexa to call someone is great as well. Now i can listen to 90's musix when i want CONS: Connection to the device in my car is spotty. Sometimes it connects instantly, and others it takes a while. Also, the voice recogniton is not all there. The Echos have 7 mics. How many does the Muse have? Considering road noise, ac and heat vent sounds, i have to yell at times. Last is tje delay when sahing Alexa. It takes a few extra seconds to understand what was said and then to actually say it. Forgot to add one last thing. Why when my phone disconnects from my car, the app is still running? Jusf now as i kay on the couch using my phone, the Muse app just popped up outta nowhere and says "tap for alexa". Shouldnt the app open and close when connecting and disconnecring to muse and BT?.............. UPDATE: with the latest update, there is still no difference. I need to open the app when i get in my car. Yesterday as i was using Alexa, i needed to lower the volume of the radio and the heater for Alexa to hear me. Kind of an annoyance especially if one is to use Alexa constantly. Also i had a question.... when leaving your car, does alexa continue to play music on the phone in the background?
5 ★Nice to have Alexa in the car!
5 ★I couldn't be happier with Muse. It has performed as expected and brings Alexa along for the ride. The device is small and the buttons are just what is needed. The app is great, interfacing between Alexa and my phone without issue or delay. What could be better, I don't need the aux audio cable. It would be cool to have the Alexa circle light. Finally, it would be great if the Muse app turned off when not connected to the car Bluetooth and of course turned on when it was connected. Great job!
2 ★The app runs 24/7 and appears on the notification panel all the time (and it also periodically beeps too for no apprent reason). I really don't need the Alexa feature on my phone and I wish there's an option to disable it while the phone is not connected to the Muse device. Also the device never responds to the wakeword whenever I first start the car, unless I open the app on my phone and manually attempt to find the device (via "Tap to connect Muse device"). Why cant this be done automatically once the phone connects to it? The app should have a page to explain the different types of indicator light on the device too.
2 ★Even after the latest update, bluetooth audio still cuts off when it worked. Also, Aux output doesn't work all the time. Moreover, in many occasions, Muse didn't respond to the "Alexa" word no matter how loud I say it; I had to unplug/plug the power. Please help! I have a 2013 Honda Pilot.
1 ★Connects sometimes. Bought three, one for each car, and it will only connect to one. Barely works... I'll update when they fix the issues.
3 ★Please use notification channels properly. I have tried to mute the connection notification sound but it doesn't work. I also get a doubled connection notification sound
2 ★Sometimes it works and other times it does not. Galaxy s8 plus a nd 2015 jeep wrangler.
1 ★What a colossal disappointment this is.
2 ★It doesn't support music playback through Pandora or Spotify.
5 ★Updated the app and now Alexa is working as expected. No more cutting off at the end. It seems to be more responsive too. It connected without issues this time. So keep up the good work!
