Over the last 3 years Elite Foundation has been working relentlessly to bring about qualitative behavioral change and impact lives of over many people in Delhi and gujrat Its bottom-up approach of inclusive development has changed lives of many and has led the path in sustainable development. Apart from this, Elite Foundation has a full-fledged Skill Up gradation Program which has converted hundreds of youth into skilled and productive members of society.

Aims and objects:- The aims and objects for which the society is established are as under:
1. To provide education to underprivileged children along with basic stationary, clothes, footwear, eatables, education, and much more.
2. To empower the poor by enabling them to earn their sustainable livelihood through small business by providing them training and essential initial support to setup their own small scale business.
3. To secure extensive, as well as, intensive involvement of voluntary sector in the endeavors of the Government to promote functional literacy, skill development and continuing education in any age group, under the various Government scheme.
4. To create opportunities, space and scope for the development of the talents of the Indian youth and to develop more of those sectors which have already been put under skill development for the last so many years and also to identify new sectors for skill development. The new program aims at providing training and skill development to youth of country
5. More emphasis will be given on new areas like real estate, construction, transportation, textile, gem industry, jewellery designing, diamond industry banking, tourism and various other sectors, where skill development is inadequate or nil
6. To engage in alleviation of poverty at national level, empowering the poor to self-reliance with dignity from all part of India.
7. To work directly with the poor by teaching them how to fish for the rest of their lives versus feeding them for one day, empowering them to become self-reliant versus perpetuating dependence through handouts.
8. Provides training, support and guidance for all occupations that were of traditional type like carpenters, cobblers, welders, blacksmiths, masons, nurses, tailors, weavers etc.
9. To provide basic medical facility, sanitation, general health care and other needful support which can be helpful for public to overcome sufferings and agony of any natural and manmade disaster and to facilitate them to rehabilitate in rural areas.
10. To make necessary arrangements for marriage of orphan or poor girls and to discourage the rural & urban people against dowry Practice.
11. To provide the relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural or other kinds of disaster in the form of money for persons, bodies, organizations and also educate them to know the prevention activities.
To provide relief and assistance of people in any part of the country who are the victims of war or act of nature disaster, manmade disaster, trouble, or catastrophe in particular by the supply of medical aid to such persons
