This interactive app is an effective and fun way to learn and revise the major* anatomy of the brain. The first part of the app uses interactive images to present the major* components of the brain and their functions. The second part of the app is a revision tool that uses real radiographic MRI images to test the knowledge gained from the anatomy session of the app. Rather than a simple multiple choice approach, the test tool requires you to process the information presented in the first section...which facilitates deeper learning.This app is particularly suited for radiography, and other health and care students and professionals, however it is equally as useful to anyone interested in learning the basic and radiographic anatomy and physiology of the brain; including A-level students.
*Please note this app is not suitable if you wish to learn detailed brain anatomy. Only the major components are covered.
