You are willing to choose between houses, temples, palaces, modern buildings and even pixel-art.To start "building" you should create two items in the Creative mode inventory: Selecionar Construcao (The Building Selector) (ID: 510) and Construir Construcao (The Building Constructor) (ID: 511). Select the first one and press anywhere on MCPE space. Choose the building you want in the menu.
