Switched to popup menus for the Game and Help buttons in play. This fixes problems with the Game and Help buttons not working on the Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge+. Fixed problems with setting up a user menu background on newer devices. External Storage permission is now required to work around a bug in loading user menu backgrounds on a few popular devices.
