Description
Simply point your camera and tap the color on the preview that you want to know! You can also touch and drag the crosshairs to target with more precision.This app was inspired by a friend's colorblindness, and built as a public service. There are No ads and No information collection.
The ability of this app to distinguish colors is limited by your camera's sensitivity.
New in v1.1: Multiple/Single button - changes snapshot mode. Multiple mode takes multiple pictures, one for each touch. Single mode takes a single picture, which can be touched multiple times for color readings.
NOTE: Orientation is locked in Landscape format. More flexibility may be available in future versions.
The app uses the TakePhoto feature of the Camera API, which may trigger your shutter sound - even though it does not record the taken picture to memory. Future versions may be able to shift the read from the TakePhoto to the preview. In some countries, it can be illegal to disable this sound.
