DELMAR ONLINE TRAINING SIMULATION: RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION CODES is a 3-D, immersive simulation that allows you to test your knowledge of the latest Building and Electrical Codes as you virtually navigate a residential construction site and inspect structural components for compliance. Site stages including footings, foundation, framing, roof and wall, electrical, insulation, and ready-for-occupancy. Three modes within the simulation promote incremental learning: Learn, Practice, and Challenge. Learn Mode has fixed scenarios to aid in familiarizing the user with correct Code application and using the simulation. Practice and Challenge Mode have randomized scenarios in which the student is expected to know and apply the Code correctly.
