Reading Oceans は英語学習者のための多読プログラムです。童謡を聞きます。英語の歌を通して英語の発音とイントネーションに慣れていきます。
次にフォニックス（綴りと発音の関係の教授法）を通して文字と単語を学びます。この段階では、アルファベットと音の関係について先に学び、それから単語を学習します。その後、すでに学んだ単語のみで書かれたストーリーを読みます。レベルが上がるほど、ストーリーは長くなっていきます。この方法で英語読解力の向上を図ります。
次にReaders（英語の読み物）のステップに進みます。この段階は、25のレベルに分かれ、様々な話題や内容のフィクション、ノンフィクションで構成されています。
