1. 앱 실행 시 등록된 인증코드를 확인하므로, 와이파이 및 모바일데이터 접속이 필요합니다.
2. 앱 '로딩중' 이 끝난 후에는, 와이파이 및 모바일데이터 접속 없이도 실행됩니다.
3. 너무 진하게 색칠하거나 색이 그림 밖으로 너무 많이 튀어나갈 경우 그림을 인식하지 못할 수 있습니다.
4. 이미지 인식이 잘되지 않을 때에는 스마트기기(스마트폰 또는 태블릿 PC) 각도를 변경하거나 거리를 조정해서 다시 인식시켜 보세요. (스마일이 되면 인식 성공!)
5. 너무 어두운 장소에서는 ‘플래시’ 기능을 켜주세요. 주변의 조도에 따라서 인식이 어려울 수도 있습니다.
6. 증강 후, 스마트기기를 도안으로부터 떨어뜨리면 터치로 회전, 확대, 축소 등이 가능합니다.
7. 와이파이(WiFi) 환경이 아닌 상태에서 앱이나 콘텐츠를 다운로드 할 경우 데이터 요금이 발생할 수 있어요.
8. 스마트기기의 저장공간이 부족할 경우 앱을 설치할 수 없거나 콘텐츠를 다운로드 할 수 없어요.
9. ‘앱을 다운로드 할 수 없음’이라는 메시지가 나올 경우에는 추가로 사용 중인 SD카드를 제거한 뒤 앱을 설치하고 다시 SD카드를 꽂아 사용하세요.
