5 ★I bought The Pro version a while ago and never really used it until recently and now I'm really liking it. Now I have too many wallets and I want my wife to get her own account and separate the wallets I'm hoping changing the ownership can be done simply. I see that you can link bank accounts and credit cards I guess I might be a little concerned with putting in my credit card and banking information into an application but all the other features are cool
5 ★I love how precise and versatile this is. There is something for every financial discipline and it helps me stay very organized. By far the most detailed app I have tried. Not as easy and clean a display and interface as the other ones out there, but it does all I want.
2 ★Until it limited people to one month for budgeting, I liked the app. I do not understand why the devs decided to limit the free version even more. After hearing it was limiting to one month for budgeting, I looked for a another app similar or better in June. I found Money Manager which is even better!! The only thing I do not like about it is that it does not sync to email addresses yet. Well, time to discontinue this app now.
3 ★FOR EVERYONE WHO'S EXPERIENCING DATA LOSS: open the app, log out and log in again and you'll get your data back. However... I personally don't like the new design of the app. I preffer the previous look, it was minimalist, looked better and it was easy on the eyes. The new design looks messy. Also, the new feature "categories across all wallets" could be implemented better; when we create a new category, the default should be only for the wallet where it is created, not in all wallets
2 ★I really liked this app. But after update the whole categories got messed up. I took time and and adjusted. And now I see that I can not see the reports. Every time when I open the details for monthly reports it crashes. Really said, I cannot use it anymore and have to search for alternatives. I used it for more than 2 years. Ans said that the big are kot get fixed had to switch.
3 ★Going premium since 2019 to 2023. After recent updates of category merging, i noticed that recurring transaction keep injecting transaction several times in a month, which jeopardize the whole budget calculation. And just yesterday, when I deleted 1 of my wallets, all transactions in all my wallets has just gone, and only the total balance shown in each wallet. I was so devastated. Goodbye Money Lover, thanks for the journey.
4 ★Now, categories can span across wallets, and categories can be merged, so the major issue I had with redundancy has now been fixed. Now, I just wish that we could add different categories to credit card "Credit" transactions, and that the bank sync would sync properly with my banks. Other than that the app is working good for my personal accounting purposes.
5 ★The app works great and features like Wallet Sharing and multi currency make life so much easier. I've been using the app for years. There where some issues after updating to version 8, but they have a great support/development team that solved the issues in a short amount of time. Keep up the good work!
3 ★I used to LOVE this app. The update in late 2023 was the worst thing that could happen to this app. It's less user friendly now, trying to make it more user friendly, but it was an epic fail. It became more rigid and counter intuitive to use, especially for older users. I've been using this app for 5 years and I am extremely disappointed and annoyed because of the last update. I have to re-learn to use the app because the structure changed drastically. My advice (and request): switch it back!!!
1 ★The latest update is the worst! (v8.1.2.1 - 02/11/23) Reasons: 1. I have been creating categories according to my needs for 4 years, but suddenly in the latest update they deleted, added, merged & unmerged categories that I had created a long time ago WITHOUT APPROVAL (automatically updated) 2. Problem with a sharing wallet. I can't see the details of previously recorded transactions, while my partner can still see the transaction details. Note: I've been been a premium member for 4 years
1 ★I've used this app for years and I loved it. But after this recent update for the app, the categories messed up big time. I get that sometimes improvements are nice but this update is just too much work for me to clean my personal transactional data. In case anyone is reading this my expenses just duplicated in my current wallet. Bruh, looking forward for the fix
4 ★[Latest Update - Premium User] After having issue with doubled category, it finally fixed after complaining quite a lot here and there. Most of us already love the app as it used to be, if you want to make a feature update i suggest do it in other places not the expenses nor budgeting. I miss how this app was easily configured yet detailed, now it's full of confusion.
