Julia Elena PeressonOriunda de la ciudad de reconquista, provincia de santa fe en el año 1978.
Gana el festival del nordeste argentino en dicha ciudad donde comienza su carrera como profesional actuando por 8 años consecutivos en dicho festival.
En 1980 se traslada a santa fe (capital) ingresando al instituto santafesino de danzas como solista de la compañía argentina de danzas dirige el profesor Alcides HugoIfran además de cursar estudios superiores de música, es también allí donde obtiene los títulos de profesora de bombo, profesora de guitarra por cifra y por música, y profesora de impostación vocal, recorre el país y el extranjero, obteniendo 9 premios a nivel nacional, y otros tres en el exterior, no solo como solista vocal sino también como bailarina de la compañía.

Es de destacar, la actuación, en tres oportunidades en ele festival mayor de Cosquin en1991 actúa horario televisivo obteniendo el premio “Los notables”, que compartió con los Aloncitos, por primera vez instituido en dicho festival.
En 1983, 1985, y 1991, viaja al exterior, donde recorre los paises de España, Bélgica, Francia, Islas Canarias, grabando en España un cassette, en Francia es seleccionada entre 28 países ara integrar un CD que actualmente gira por el mundo, en los festivales organizados por la UNESCO. Actúa además en Uruguay, Brasil donde es galardonada con el premio, “Primer lugar Merito Cultural en Canto”.
Actúa en distintos festivales de la zona como;”Festival de Guadalupe”; “Festival Abrazo Azul y Blanco de Rosario; “Festival de Nogoya (Entre Ríos); “Festival de Rincón”, “Festival del Pescador Helvecia”; “Festival de Doma y Folklore San Justo”; entre otros.
Fue invitada por el Gobernador Reuteman para representar a Santa Fe, en el día
de su fundación, en el “Senado de la Nación”, junto a Ruben Duran y La Compañía Argentina de Danzas.
Actúa varios años para la Subsecretaria de Cultura de Santa Fe, en distintos ciclos Cultura Mayor, Recitales con Miguel Angel Morelli, Orlando Vera Cruz, etc.
Graba su primer CD en 1998; “Madurando Sueños”.
Es elegida como jurado en diversos eventos y festivales de la zona; como el Festival de Predoma de San Justo, por tres años consecutivos, Festival de Argé (Santa Fe), entre otros. Actúa en radio y televisión de todo el país.
Se desempeña actualmente como docente de educación musical y profesora de técnica vocal.
