1 ★I have had this app listen to and access my data for over 3 months. I have over 1 million points but still haven't received a single survey. I reported it to them and they replied that I just have to wait, how long do they want me to wait? Its already nearly have a year and I have got no benefit at all. I'm uninstalling, useless app.
5 ★This app is very good i didn't faced any problem till now about running the app in background just it doesn't run while we play any kind of sound in our phone
1 ★I've been in the top 3% since the day I registered in September 2020 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I have tried to contact the teams (incl. Beatgrid Media) on multiple occasions but have received no response or even acknowledgement of my emails. The app uses so much of my battery even though they say it won't. The app also goes into battery saving mode at such random times, I actually wonder if the points are given in any methodical way or if it's completely random. Uninstalling.

I would expect to earn more regular and it's very bad to take all this data and not reward me anywhere near enough. the app works perfectly fine and doesn't drain my battery and the messages are very good communication wise and the people are very friendly and approachable attitude and very helpful and if I was offered one survey per month for £5 reward I would definitely keep app.
