3 ★Everytime I try to upgrade my furniture, I get a data connection error both connected to wifi and not. Please respond as I contacted support and no response.

4 ★Its slow and can't get mana done had to spend most of my gems to get as far long as I have, you need to speed it up and more mana not 2 every 10 min, I can't go into the other rooms but the one, hope its gets better or I won't play it long,

4 ★The game is good very fun to play and keeps you wanting to see what happens next the only prob is gathering mana it takes ages and you cant complete tasks without it or with outspending your own money with I refuse to do if it was easier to get that I would put 5 stars but thanks for an enjoyable game

2 ★The game could be great, but it's ridiculously hard to upgrade your room making it hard to get mana, making it even harder to complete tasks..... It's almost unplayable.... I think I'm deleting.

4 ★wish more games were like it, the mana thing is an issue though I wish you could play a puzzle game to accumulate the needed mama like gardenscape. but otherwise a great game

1 ★No ticket response in 3 days. Such poor customer service. Uninstalling. This is the second time this has happened where the server blocks movement into the furniture/mana room. Since that's the only way to get mana in this game it's pretty silly these things aren't fixed fast.

1 ★I'm updating my review from 4 stars to 1 star. I still feel this game could be great unfortunately they've got a real support problem. I bought some diamonds during one of their sales. It was a really good deal, you bought 55 diamonds then received additional 7 more for 10 days. Needless to say, I bought several of them thinking it be a great way to build up my diamonds and after over a month, three separate emails and two inquiries through the in game support; I've still yet to receive my diamonds, a refund of my money or even a response from someone in support. It's just so sad because the potential is there for this game.

1 ★Tried contacting the support team about the fact that my character was stuck in the bus the back button has stopped working, no reply 5 days, I've tried syncing through Facebook which didn't work and spent money on gems which I received haven't been able to spend because the game is forcing, I've tried removing it from Facebook and uninstalling nothing has worked, I was really enjoying this game I'm gutted that is not working, fix the glitches and it'll be 5 stars

1 ★Do not buy diamonds. This company is a rip off. They get your money and you get nothing. I have summited 8 tickets and nothing. The company is thieves. I just seen where all the other posts about not getting diamonds are gone.
