Offline: Nessa lista estão disponíveis todos os conteúdos que você já baixou. Esses conteúdos podem ser acessados mesmo quando você não estiver conectado à internet. É importante lembrar que caso haja vídeos entre os conteúdos, você só poderá assisti-los se estiver conectado. Nesse caso, recomenda-se a utilização via WI-FI ou a atenção ao consumo de seu pacote de dados.
Financeiro: Em financeiro você visualiza seu histórico de pagamentos, faz o download dos comprovantes e/ou segunda via de boletos para pagamento.
Atendimento: Nessa lista estão disponíveis todos os chamados, selecione um chamado para visualizar as interações, interagir ou solicitar encerramento / reabertura. Agora você também pode abrir um novo chamado apenas clicando no ícone de chat localizado no topo da tela do aplicativo.
