Description
To celebrate Here Be Dragons we have hidden eight virtual dragon eggs around the City of Bath. Each egg has been designed in the style of a children's illustrator including Axel Scheffler, Russell Ayto and Quentin Blake. Find them all for a chance to win an exclusive goody bag.How does it work?
It's simple, download the app and visit Bath between July 22 - October 8 2017 to start hunting.
Follow the in-built compass to find eight augmented reality marker posters featuring the work of children's illustrators. Point your device at the poster and the virtual 3D egg will appear and be added to your collection.
On the shell of each egg is a gold letter - find them all and solve the anagram to complete the challenge and enter the competition.
How long will it take?
The eggs are all close to the City centre, please allow about an hour to complete the trail.
What can I win?
There are three exclusive goody bags to be won. All players who successfully manage to complete the trail and solve the anagram will be entered into a prize draw which will be announced after the competion closes on October 8 2017.
Each goody bag contains a selection of signed books, toys, games, tickets and other prizes. Everyone who takes part will also be able to collect a free bookmark from the Victoria Art Gallery*
