4 ★Hi, my kid is graduating from preschool and we appreciate the batch download features to download the accumulated media over the years. However, I was told by the teachers that we cannot do that for the check in/check out pictures. Those are precious memories too. Can the developers allow for download of check in/out photos? Most childcare apps have them. :)

3 ★Getting better... Main issue now is that wiewing PDF files from teachers often doesn't work, hampering communication. The download button is there but instead of trying to open in Adobe etc it tries to "share" it, only offering WhatsApp, email etc and not a PDF reader. So the only way to view the file is to share it to someone else first.

1 ★This app has completely stopped working since the update and I cant even get it to open. Not sure why it hasn't been fixed as clearly so many people are facing the same issue.
