Aplikacja udostępnia wiele użytecznych funkcjonalności, związanych z gospodarowaniem odpadami na terenie Związku Gmin Zagłębia Miedziowego.Mieszkańcy gmin Chocianów, Gaworzyce, Grębocice, Jerzmanowa, Pęcław, Polkowice, Przemków i Radwanice dzięki aplikacji mogą m.in.:
- poznać obowiązujące zasady segregacji odpadów komunalnych,
- upewnić się, jak należy postępować z niepotrzebnym przedmiotem lub substancją,
- sprawdzić termin odbioru odpadów z nieruchomości zamieszkanych, niezamieszkanych oraz zapoznać się z harmonogramem pracy Gratowozu,
- zlokalizować wszystkie Osiedlowe Punkty Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych i odszukać Punkty najbliższe,
- zamówić dodatkową usługę w Biurze Obsługi Klienta lub Biurze Związku,
- poznać, jak funkcjonuje Centralny PSZOK i jakie przyjmuje odpady,
- przeczytać wiele ciekawostek, związanych z recyklingiem odpadów.
Aplikacja służy także do komunikacji z mieszkańcami poprzez aktywną skrzynkę mailową, na którą użytkownicy mogą wysyłać swoje uwagi odnośnie systemu odpadowego oraz przez krótkie wiadomości tekstowe, przekazywane przez ZGZM.
