Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★Just says "No WiFi Data connection" even though it's connected to the samewifi network.
1 ★Garbage. Wont complete configuration.
1 ★Slow, buggy, crashed volumio
5 ★Worked first time, brilliant Samsung S6
5 ★Excellent
5 ★Great app. Using to control two Raspberry PIs. One in my living room and one to our patio receiver. Totally digging it and we'll worth the donation! If you use it and love it donate to keep the developer active. Thank you digx....you rock!
3 ★Doesn't seem to work on the S7 Edge. I can connect but when selecting play etc "Device unreachable"
1 ★Should NOT have to read the reviews to find out this doesn't work with the current, maintained version of volumio!
5 ★How can operate this app
5 ★Great app and makes control intuitive. Found it easier to setup ip address manually, very good when up and running. App icon is ugly but you can easily change that.
1 ★Doesn't work with volumio 2.0 and appears to be abandoned by the author. Too bad since it may have been a viable alternative to Sonos.
4 ★Great user interface to Rune Audio (running on a pi and IQaudio dac) on my Moto G. Took a bit of setting up - would be easier if the DAC interface was selectable as part of the set-up rather than needing a change to a config file on the SD card. A suggestion that would make it a lot easier to browse a large music library: when searching the library by artist, why does it then just list all that artist's tracks, rather than then showing the albums by that artist?
