このたび、ABCmouse Englishのサービス提供を終了することになりました。ご利用中のお客様におかれましては、ご不便をおかけいたしますことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。

2023年2月1日午前0時00分：新規入会受付停止 (Apple決済での新規入会は2022年12月21日に終了済み）
2023年2月1日午前0時00分：サブスクリプションサービスにおける自動更新停止 (Apple決済での自動更新は1年プランのみ2022年12月21日に終了済み）
登録日・更新日に合わせて2月以降より順次ご利用終了となります。６ヶ月、１年プランをご契約のお客様で2023年7月以降の期間が残っているお客様には返金を行います。
2023年2月1日午前0時00分：楽天市場店でご購入のプロダクトコードの受付・登録停止

ご契約状況に合わせて2023年7月以降の残存期間分の料金を返金いたします。
■プロダクトコードを購入後、未使用の方
お支払い金額を全額返金いたします。
■1ヶ月プラン・３ヶ月プランをご利用の方
特別なお手続きは必要ございません。
■ご返金方法
2023年1月17日より順次ご返金をサービス提供終了以前に開始します。４月末までに返金処理を行う予定ですが、クレジットカードのお手続きなどでお時間をいただく可能性があることをご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
なお、４月末までに返金されたことが確認ができない方、もしくは返金手続きにまつわる個別のご連絡メールが届いていないお客様（Apple決済除く）は2023年４月末までに弊社お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

クレジットカード決済：ご登録いただいたクレジットカードに自動で返金を行います。手続きに問題があった場合はご登録いただいたメールアドレスにご連絡させていただきます。
楽天ID決済：ご登録いただいた楽天IDに紐づくクレジットカードに自動で返金を行います。手続きに問題があった場合は楽天IDに紐づくメールアドレスにご連絡させていただきます。

■楽天市場店からプロダクトコードを購入されたお客様
2023年2月1日以降、プロダクトコードの登録ができかねますのでご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
返金方法はご注文時のお支払い方法によって異なります。詳しくは楽天市場より送付されるメールの案内をご確認ください。
また、購入日が一定期間を過ぎている場合、もしくは手続きに問題があった場合は個別にご連絡をさせていただきます。
