Using Best Boy Sound Control, the artist is able to handle sounds and music by himself with a remote control right from the stage. To remote control the app, external devices which act as a keyboards can be used. These include presenter, remote controls and keyboards. These devices can be connected via Bluetooth or via an USB OTG (On The Go) cable as long your Android device supports USB OTG. With USB OTG, it is possible to use a presenter with an USB-Stick; these are often used for PowerPoint presentations. These devices usually have a longer range than corresponding bluetooth devices. This grants the artist the possibility to manage his performance by himself without the need of an audio engineer.

Please secure your settings and playlist before updating to version 7.NEW Direct Play:
Press and hold the desired song in a playlist and then select "Set as Direct Play 1-4" from the menu. If you press the direct play button 1, 2, 3 or 4, the corresponding track will be played directly. Do not forget to assign a key to the "Direct Play" function under "Program Keys".
- The "Auto-Airplane-Mode" has been replaced by the "Automatic Switch Off Ringtone" option

5 ★This is a great piece of equipment for the professional musician or sound tech. The audio quality is second to none. But best of all the volume can be preset and then assigned to a particular song so that all your music will play at an even volume. No more drastic fluctuations amongst songs and it is very very easy to apply. I will add one more star if it had a continuous play option in settings. Also its so easy to create a playlist. Just check boxes of the songs you want and select save. Plus rearranging the order is a snap. Continuous play was added and so was one more star. This player is like my gibson sg. Not much to look at but it sound amazing.
5 ★I've used several types of setups to run one-man presentations, starting years ago with a PC laptop using Winamp. This app does everything the other setups do, and all you need to do is buy an inexpensive Powerpoint remote and a USB OTG (On The Go) cable, and you're in business. It's obviously been tested in the real world by presenters before being released here. Well worth it if you need this type of app.

4 ★This app is designed for a specific niche - if you're looking for a generic player you should move on. If you're looking to control sound as a performer, like a juggler, magician, or something like that then this is the app for you! I've used the $1000 "virtual sound man" and I also own "the ultimate Controller" and this is a GREAT failsafe back up. The only reason I took off one star if that building playlists is a pain due to the fact that you can't browse by location, only title, album or artist. i'd rather create a special folder with the show music and direct the app to that folder. Instead I have to search through every music track on my phone by title...I have a TON of tracks - what a pain! Still, with all the customization and the fade out and talk over features this app is a winner :)
