Le vocabulaire a été organisé par Silvio Amstad-Wang, maître de lycée/gymnase. L'application a été créée par Wizzy Education Technologies SA (Suisse) et développés ensuite par deux entreprises de renom: Nova Software à Chongqing (Chine) pour la partie Android et Shinetech Software Inc. à Beijing (Chine) pour la partie iOS.
