About Aswesuma-Merchant APK
Description
The ASWESUMA system provides subsidised books and school supplies to underprivileged children across the country. Eligible families include those already registered under the previous Aswesuma programme and it is open to new registrants as well.• Eligibility and Approval:
• Existing Users whose children are already on the Aswesuma System can automatically log into the app with their mobile number and use the benefits.
• If an existing Aswesuma User who has a new child to be registered or need to change details of a registered child, this will go through a dual approval process. Fist level by a Grama Niladhari and second level by a Divisional Secretariat.
• If a User’s child(ren) are new to the Aswesuma programme, they must register and go through a dual approval process. First level by Grama Niladhari and second level by their Principal.
• For a Merchant who wishes to onboard with the Aswesuma programme, they must register and go through a single level approval by the Grama Niladhari.
• Benefits: Confirmed Users, can redeem benefits at onboarded merchants by scanning a QR Code or providing a Reference ID. Any amount that exceeds the subsidy, can be paid in cash.
