يُمثلُ تطبيق ترتيل جمعًا مفصلاً لروايةِ حفص عن عاصم تم إعداده بهدف توفير منهجًا متكاملاً ومرجعًا شاملاً للتيسير على طلاب العلم لإتقان أحكام التلاوة؛ ولقد جُمع بالرجوع إلى أمهات الكتب ورُتبت أبوابه بتسلسل منهجي بُني فيه كل باب على ما سبقه للتسهيل على القارئ في استيعاب المواضيع المترابطة، وتم في ثناياه طرح أبرز أقوال العلماء في مسائل الخلاف، والاستدلال بالقرءان الكريم والأحاديث الصحيحة وأشهر نظم التجويد، واستخدام وسائل متعددة لتوصيل المعلومة لطالب العلم بأيسر السبل كالصور والجداول والمشجرات والرسم البياني والمقاطع الصوتية والأمثلة وغيرها.يحتوي التطبيق على ما يزيد عن ١١٠٠ سؤال متعددة الخيارات في أحكام التلاوة برواية حفص عن عاصم من طريق الشاطبية مصنفًا تحت ٢٧ تصنيفًا، كما يحتوي على اختبارات تفاعلة موزعة على ٤٠ مرحلة تزداد صعوبة تدريجيا، يتوجب خلال كل مرحلة اجابة السؤال في وقت محدد مما يجعل التعلم ممتع وشيق، يقوم التطبيق بحصر النتائج وعرض تقييم الأداء.
