Description
En 2021, cinq têtes de réseaux nationales (CIVAM, UGESS, VRAC, Secours Catholique, Réseau Cocagne) ont joint leurs forces dans le but d’expérimenter des solutions systémiques de long terme favorisant l’avènement d’un droit à l’alimentation pour tou.te.s. C’est la naissance du projet Territoires à VivreS (TàV) qui s’est déployé sur 4 territoires (Marseille, Toulouse, Lyon et Montpellier) en 2021 et 2022.Sur le territoire lyonnais, plusieurs projets complémentaires sont nés pour permettre une approche globale des enjeux : en regroupant à la fois les acteurs de l’ensemble de la chaîne agro-alimentaire (des producteurs aux consommateurs) et en liant différents niveaux de précarité (acteurs de l’aide alimentaire jusqu’au secteur marchand).
Après 2 ans, ces projets ont permis aux acteurs d’ancrer dans leurs pratiques une approche territoriale des enjeux ainsi qu’une multitude de coopérations et mutualisations. Ils ont également permis de développer plusieurs projets d’ampleur :
- Amorcer un dispositif d’approvisionnements collectifs auprès de producteurs locaux engagés dans la transition écologique afin de développer les filières locales,
- Concevoir un projet de pôle logistique et de bureaux visant la résilience alimentaire du territoire en permettant des mutualisations et le développement de nouveaux services.
- Développer des démarches de démocratie alimentaire par le développement de tiers-lieux regroupant les acteurs de quartier de l’alimentation dans des « déserts alimentaires » : La Casaline à Saint-Fons, La Maison Engagé de la Solidarité et de l’Alimentation (MESA) à Lyon 8ème
