5 ★Good variety of songs. Good music quality. I really enjoyed using this app. But can there be more songs of singers in mainland China like 汪峰, 華晨宇? Because I realized that this app has less focus on singers in mainland China. It would be perfect if there are more songs in singers in mainland China. Thanks.
4 ★I like this app more than Spotify, however please consider to decrease price or provide free with ads, Spotify has family plan and can be used for free with ads. I will go back to Spotify until kkbox has additional benefits.
1 ★I try to get the Cowboys n Western music lively with the band n singers singing n background dancing but fail to fix but. Could U who help me tks.
3 ★After hearing some music. Suddenly I tap one one of the music. I was hearing it and then it stopped. I checked it and the I saw they were only playing half of the song. It's so anoying.
2 ★Like to change my personal plan to family. When i pressed family subscription, it said i must cancel current plan first. After i canceled my current personal plan and the plan change feature is no longer available. Kkbox is inconvinient. Plus the incompentent song search function. I advice everyone to use other platforms. And it is so old school to add family member. It requires family member to fill in address after email verification? What for? Everything can be easily done by a QR code.

1 ★What's happening to 20Apr2022 version. The interface is not as user friendly as before. I can't even control how to skip / forward/ stop playing particular songs.
1 ★Lousy. Wanted to unsubcribe my premium plan. Couldn't find the cancel Subscription button on the app or from my Singtel app. The cancel subscription button appears for 2 seconds and disappears. Now it charges me for another month!
5 ★App is good and the price is reasonable. Appreciated if you could add a display of current time in Chromecast mode. This will be great for using this function in TV.
1 ★This newsest update is pure garbage, the app keeps on crashing after 30-60secs of music play, online and offline. I am paying to listen music, now I can't even finish one song.
