COSA ÈPrestiti Demo è un'app demo nativa per piattaforma Android realizzata come studio di fattibilità per una compilazione interamente vocale del questionario di richiesta finanziamento.
L'app consente un'interazione hands-free, per scenari di utilizzo in mobilità e/o di supporto ad utenza ipovedente e/o non vedente.
COME FUNZIONA
L'applicativo richiede in sequenza, mediante la sintesi vocale di sistema, l'inserimento dei dati necessari per la richiesta di un finanziamento. Mediante interazione vocale il chatbot compila il form.
Il riconoscimento vocale avviene mediante il sistema Cedat 85 ASR con modelli di linguaggio specifici per il campo richiesto.
COME SI USA
La presenza della barra inferiore indica l'inizio di una interazione vocale. Il testo nella barra presenta dei suggerimenti per la compilazione e/o i valori consentiti.
La pressione del tasto pausa consente di sospendere la sessione, che può essere ripristinata utilizzando il pulsante play sulla toolbar.
Al termine della vocalizzazione, il modulo di silence detection interrompe automaticamente il riconoscimento vocale ed il modulo di NLU effettua una validazione dei dati che, se non corretti, saranno richiesti nuovamente.
SCHEDA DI RIEPILOGO
Terminato il questionario, la schermata di riepilogo riporta in forma di elenco i dati inseriti dall'utente.
Il Floating Action Button in basso a destra consente di avviare una nuova sessione di raccolta dati.
