اطلقت قنوات الكأس الرياضية النسخة الثالثة من مسابقة " المعلق- صوت المباراة ".. وعقدت اللجنة المنظمة للمسابقة اجتماعاتها بحضور السيد عيسى بن عبدالله الهتمي مدير عام قنوات الكأس الرياضية ولجنة التحكيم التي تضم محمد المرزوقي ومحمد الشريف وأحمد الطيب وخليل البلوشي. ووضعت اللجنة الشروط الخاصة بالمسابقة في نسختها الثالثة على النحو التالي:
الشروط والاحكام
تمنح قناة الكاس الفرصة والمشاركة لجميع عشاق كرة القدم الراغين في ان يصبحوا معلقين بشرط ان لا يقل عمره عن 20 عاما والمسابقة مقتصرة علي الذكور فقط
- تشترط قناة الكاس أن لا يكون المتقدم يمارس مهنة التعليق بصفة رسمية أو ملتزم بعقد عمل في إحدى القنوات الرياضية
- ان لا يكون المشارك قد فاز في المشاركتين السابقتين للمسابقة
- أن يلتزم المتقدم بالمراحل التتابعية للتسجيل والفترة الزمنية لكل مرحلة
- أن لا يستخدم المشارك مؤثرات صوتية خلال عملية تسجيل الصوت
- ان لا تقل مدة التسجيل الصوتي للمشاركة عن ٥ دقائق
