인원점검 명렬표pro 버젼이 담임선생님이 학생을 관리하기 위한 명렬표라면
직원 명렬표는 동료직원들의 전화번호를 관리하는 용도라고 보시면 됩니다.
학교나 직장에서(특히 학교처럼 교직원이 매년 바뀌는 경우) 직장동료들 전화번호를 모두 저장해 놓지 못하는 경우가 있으므로 학기초에 간단하게 직원주소록을 보고 만들어 놓으면 언제든지 원하는 직원에게 전화를 걸 수 있습니다.
간단하게 이름과 전화번호를 입력하고 행사시 종이 명렬표 없이 인원을 점검할 수도 있고 전화를 걸 수도 있습니다.
입력화일만 한명이 만들어 놓으면 모든 교직원이 이름을 쉽게 입력할 수 있습니다.
특징은
1. 전화걸기가 가능합니다.
이름을 꾹 누르고 있으면 자동으로 전화걸기 화면으로 연결됩니다. 형식에 맞춰서 전화번호를 입력해 놓았다면 본인전화, 집전화, 비상전화 를 선택해서 전화를 바로 걸 수 있습니다.
2. 2반까지 입력이 가능해 졌습니다.
메뉴 버튼을 누르면 설정창이 뜨는데 이곳에서 반을 선택할 수 있습니다.
2개반까지 입력이 가능합니다. 1반에 40명을 입력할 수 있으므로 최대 80명까지 입력이 가능합니다.
3. 학생입력 방법이 간단해 졌습니다.
이름입력을 누르고 입력창이 열리면 한글이나엑셀에서 만든 이름을 형식에 맞게 만들어서 복사해서 붙여넣기만 하면 이름 입력이 끝납니다. (매번 명단이 바뀌는 여행사에서도 사용이 가능합니다.)

4. 설정창에서 소리를 켜거나 끌 수도 있도록 했습니다. 조용한 곳에서는 소리를 꺼두는 것도 좋겠지요.
