每个家长及学生使用其个人登入账户（登入账户及密码由校方提供，家长及学生稍后可自行更改密码），已方便使用程式。

校方可于程式内发出通告／回条，家长登入后可直接于程式中签售通告／回条，并即时传送到学校的后台管理系统。
3.最新消息
校方可随时更新及发布最新消息，例如因天气停课、校外比赛结果、家教会通讯等。
4.学生资料
程式可输入学生在校内的成绩／表现，让家长更了解子女在校情况。
5.即时通讯
校方更新通告／回条或最新消息，系统会自动即时发出手机通知予家长及学生，即使用家不是使用手机程式中，亦会收到通知，以防万一。
