*本遊戲使用一副54張的撲克牌，包含兩張Joker(鬼)牌，即大王和小王。*牌面從大到小依次為：
大王(彩色)、小王(黑白)、2、A、K、Q、J、10、9、8、7、6、5、4、3。
*花色無大小的分別。
*地主的角色由系統隨機來決定，地主將獨立來對抗兩名佃農(農民)。
*定約時，只有1分、2分和3分三種分別。
*牌型：
-單張牌(單張)，點數3最小，大王為最大。
-對牌(對子)，22>...>33，如上家出33，下家必須出44或以上。
-三張(三條)，如222，AAA，666，888等
-三帶一，即三條+單張，例如222+3，AAA+J，666+9等
-單順(順子)，最少5張牌，最多12張牌(3⋯A)，不能有2。
-雙順，最少連3對，最多可連10對(33⋯AA)，不能有2。
-三順，也叫飛機。二個或更多連續的三張牌，不能有2。如：333+444，777+888+999+TTT+JJJ+QQQ。飛機分三種：飛機不帶翼、飛機帶小翼、飛機帶大翼。
-四帶二，即鐵支+兩張或兩對，如8888+57，JJJJ+77，2222+QQ+AA。
-炸彈(鐵支)，如：9999，QQQQ，每次打出時，分數乘二
-火箭，即大王+小王，打出時，分數乘二。
注意：
-出牌點數必須大於上一家，如上家出3，下家必須出4或以上。
-火箭最大。排序：火箭>炸彈>其他牌型。
-先將手中的牌出完的玩家即可獲勝，農民只要有一方先出完，農民兩家皆獲勝。
-上家出什麼牌型下家就必須要出比他大且一樣的牌型，但是如果沒有牌出或不想出牌時，玩家是可以選擇不出牌的。
