Description
Congress Droid project comes with the idea of helping those attending congresses or conferences available quickly and from anywhere all the information regarding the program, authors, speakers, papers etc. .. In this particular project we have focused on the Congress SEIO administration (National Congress of Statistics and Research 2012), but the main idea is to be relatively easily portable to other centers.The application is designed so that you can allow the user to manage their program during the days of the congress. An integrated agenda that allows you to view chronologically, sessions that it has selected as favourites (and order them according to different criteria for better usability). It also offers the ability to add events and alerts in the calendar on your device to receive notifications and know in advance that session should go and where.
Another problem that Congress Droid intended to solve is the location of the headquarters. The application offers users a map service (Google maps) indicators on each of the congressional offices.
The user will also be able to interact from within the application with other people who are following the congress.
