難しい問題が出題されたときは、合格基準点が下がり、比較的易しい問題が出題されたときは、合格基準点があがります。
合格基準点は、問題の難易度によって変化しますが、問題が難しい年でも基本的な問題でしっかり得点できるかが合否を分けます。
