Description
Die Notfallversorgung in Deutschland befindet sich im Wandel. Durch Ärztemangel, Krankenhausschließungen und größerer Anzahl an Patienten erhöht sich damit auch die Verantwortung und die Kompetenzen der Rettungsdienstmitarbeiter.Seit 2014 hat sich nun das Berufsbild des Notfallsanitäters/ Notfallsanitäterin etabliert. Als Assistenz des Notarztes oder in einigen Situation auch als Verantwortlicher in der Notfallversorgung hat sich auch die Ausbildung in den letzten Jahren deutlich verändert.
Sie ist anspruchsvoller geworden. Mehr eigenständige Kompetenzen, mehr rechtliches Grundwissen, mehr Entscheidungsverantwortung sind gefordert.
Wo früher auf den Notarzt vor Ort gewartet worden ist, bzw. invasive Maßnahmen am Patienten noch nicht so oft präklinisch durchgeführt wurden, ist an die notfallmedizinische Behandlung mehr Verantwortung/Durchführungsnotwendigkeit geknüpft wurden.
Diese Kompetenzen erlernen die Notfallsanitäter/Notfallsanitäterinnen im Rahmen ihrer 3-jährigen Ausbildung in sogenannten Lernfeldern.
Die Abschlussprüfung am Ende der Ausbildung teilt sich in drei schriftliche, vier praktische und einen mündlichen Prüfungsteil auf.
Diese App soll Ihnen eine gute Vorbereitung für diese Vollprüfung ermöglichen, wobei sich die Fragen auf viele der erwarteten Lernfelder beziehen.
