Aplikasi RPHOnline App (eRPH) ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah yang telah menggunakan Sistem RPH Online (https://rphonline.teknologihijau.net) mengurus rekod mengajar masing-masing. Preloaded dengan Rancangan Tahunan (Yearly Plan). Sebarang pengemaskinian boleh dilakukan di dalam aplikasi ini. Maklumat yang terkandung dalam aplikasi ini adalah Maklumat Subjek Ajar, Maklumat Rancangan Pengajaran Harian, RPH (Lesson Plans) dan Maklumat Rancangan Pelajaran Tahunan, RPT (Yearly Plans). Memenuhi Pekelililing SPI Bil 3/99.
Amat sesuai digunakan untuk sekolah-sekolah Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM). Versi web telah memenangi Pingat Emas INDES 2015 (Antarabangsa), ICOMPEX 2014 (Kebangsaan), Pingat Perak ITC 2013 (Negeri Perak) dan Pingat Gangsa EDUINERI 2013 (Antarabangsa). Inovasi ini juga telah dibentangkan di Digital Education Show Asia (DESA) 2015 di Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
