UPSDM (Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission) has been instituted to provide employable skills to the youth of the State.MAGIC (Mobile Application for Growth In Career), the primary objective of the app is to counsel the candidates within the age cohort of 14–35 years, school and college dropouts, and unemployed youth native of the State who are registered for trainings under various skill development short term courses. The students are going to take the career interest test through MAGIC app and then the counsellor is going to counsel them on the basis of their test report about their career and job opportunities available in the market after completing the training in the subject job role
