1 ★The last update screwed up the game completely. The updates have never affected me before. Now, I can't even play without it freezing up in the middle of the game or on every word you try to form. It's very frustrating when your competing against one of your best competitors. I've been playing this game for years and even with protest, I dealt with the bombard of ads that constantly pop up. However, I'm now about to delete the game and replace it with something else. Please fix immediately.
3 ★I absolutely love this game and play it practically every day! However, just a suggestion - there could be different boards you could play or different challenges you could do. Some challenges could be time based or others maybe letter based. There could be longer boards with more letters and shorter boards with less letters. It would be cool to see some more variety with the challenges within the game. I can't stand the ads either in the free play. I would definitely recommend this game though!
5 ★I'm mad. This is my go-to game, my most favorite and I cannot play the normal, timed tournament game. Why??? I STILL CANNOT PLAY IN THE TOURNAMENT! I EVEN PAID TO REMOVE THE ADS.... Ok. My favorite game is BACK in full swing!!! Yay!! Some weird glitch in the system or something (must've been that funky mandatory presidential mass text or something 😉).
5 ★After woking for 32 years, I felt that mind had slowed down. Recalling names had become tortuous. My son showed me Ruzzle and pretty soon I was playing every day. Very soon my mind was back working as quickly as ever. I've played for years now. Sadly though, it's become too expensive to play very often on a fixed income. Hopefully, we could purchase a Silver Version 1.0 of the original game for Silver Citizens, and there are alot of us. Younger people would still want the new, expanded version.
4 ★love this game used to play it a lot back then, only thing i dont like is that theres a lag when playing which honestly can really hurt your chances of winning considering this is a game on speed and every second counts. Also theres an issue whenever i finish a game the ad doesnt load and i have to exit the app. Almost after every match it can get annoying. But other than that i still love this game its fun and challenging
1 ★I came back after a months-long break from playing and I don't remember it having as many ads as I'm now seeing. I don't mind having to watch an ad now and then in exchange for a free game, but it is excessive. You get stuck watching these 30-second long ads in between EVERY GAME and the only way to get it off your screen is to close the app. I'm done. Uninstalled.
3 ★I love this game but I'm having a problem. I am on like level 6 and every random opponent I get matched with is like level 60 so everyone beats me by far and its not even a fair/fun match. Its hard to believe there are no lower level players. People should be matched with closer to equal level. Even if they are slightly higher and its a challenge, but when your opponent is that much higher, whats's the point? Willing to rate higher if this is resolved.
2 ★Used to be my favorite game as well. I still enjoy playing but you need to fix the algorithms for team play. Im a high rated player and most recently lost twice as many matches as I won, which resulted in losing all my chips. How do you expect people to play ( or even watch ads!) when you take all their chips??? And, sorry, but giving 10 chips for free doesn't really help someone play all that much. I'll consider more stars if any changes actually get made. 😡
2 ★The random opponent generator glitches frequently. When I select "find random opponent" it loads for about 1 minute but it won't find any opponents. I have to press it over three times (and wait for it to load) by the fourth time it pulls up like five new random opponent games...If I wait (hours) after pressing it once it STILL won't generate a game at all. If I press it repeatedly it will pop up multiple games usually on the fourth or fifth press. The game is fun but the glitch isn't.
2 ★Great fun, when it actually works. There are multiple bugs that just don't get fixed. I report them, with screenshots and yes they update my coins and such but such a hassle. If I score high in a tournament and get promoted it never credits my account. Should t take this long to fix the bug. Now with the new daily games the time clock will say there are 5hours left but when I play it tells me there isnt enough time to start a round. Every single change is fraught with problems.
1 ★Automatic AD DOWNLOADS onto my phone? Not sure if this is a glitch or some kind of AD scheme. But why are you allowing Monopoly to automatically install onto my phone? This is absolutely ridiculous! I have to delete the damn app every time the ad pops up and installs. If this is a new thing with Ruzzle I don't want any part of it. If it is a glitch then you need to fix this immediately.
3 ★I rated it a 3 stars cause im still having fun but not fun with the freeze up, I have also been playing for some while now too and everytime I play a board it freezes up and I lose about 15 seconds and in that time I could have gotten a few more words and beat the component but since it freezes up, I don't end up beating the component!😟😠 Its also probably not worth paying $5 for ad free either cause u will probably still get them anyway and a waste of $5, I never never buy it
