4 ★Love the game but add a romantic story and add pets to story. Also add cloud saving. Add daily tasks and give more coins. Also events don't work offline please fix. Also some words don't make sense
1 ★Loved this game, until I got a new phone. Lost ALL my progress (I was nearly to level 200) and now no matter how many times I purchase no ads, I STILL get ads! Emailed the company forever ago and got zero response, so clearly customer service is something they just don't care about. Don't waste your time, play something else.
2 ★Was fun at first but got to only level 95 and it won't let me do anymore tasks. Says something needs to be downloaded but never moves off 0%. I've emailed twice and still no response so I'm uninstalling. Update; tried again same thing happened but on level 111 this time. I have over 6,000 shells built up and will end up losing them because I get no response.
1 ★Was really liking this game. Then I get to a point where it says need to update reward. I hit yes and nothing happens so I can't proceed . I have contacted the makers several times. I get notification they got my claim of a problem. And that's it. Nothing from them about his to fix this problem over several months. Oh well. They apparently dont care. Update: still no response about why theyr update is not downloading. Why won't you help?? Restarted game 2025 Got same message and can't go on.

4 ★can't update the game. I click update and it won't. so I'm stuck at the very beginning 😭Some words are bs. Why the hell is "lino" an abbreviation for linoleum a word. There are a lot of words like that in this game. It's kind of frustrating 😤. But the game is fun.

1 ★Initially, I really enjoyed the game. I like the layout and the resort design. Good colour selection in their designs etc, not like the other similar games. Few days ago, it suddenly stopped working. The tasks cannot be refreshed. It says there's an update. But when you click on it, it does not progress, just stay on 0%. I contacted the support team by email. It was good to receive an acknowledgment email. But nothing since. It is very disappointing. I really like the game. I hope they fix it.
