Description
Mobile -based system and solution has been designed and developed for online, rule-based, effective & transparent implementation of different activities undertaken for admissions including the following activities:a)Publication of details of institutions, available courses, eligibility, fee and order details so as to allow the applicants to confirm their eligibility and decide the choices.
b)Invitation of online applications for admissions in identified courses of identified Institutes.
c)After the completion of the online application submission process, the data of valid applications and their fee payments will be downloaded by the committee and used for generation of centre-wise hall tickets.
d)The centre-wise hall tickets will be uploaded on portal and made available on portal for the applicants for downloading.
e)The offline application data downloaded from the server will be used for conducting examinations and compilation of the exam results.
f)The entrance exam result data will be complied at local level and published on the portal for download of seat allotment letter.
Online system has to be conceptualized, designed & developed by NIC Madhya Pradesh to provide common integrated platform to all the identified users & stakeholders.
Nearly 35,000 applicant’s & public users will use the system for online registration, registration of their application, registration of choices of courses, institutes, online payment of the specified application fee etc
