The app isn’t just handy when you are visiting the zoo but also fun to use at home. The Blijdorp app keeps you updated on everything that happens at the zoo.

Do you want to watch animals being fed or meet a keeper? Choose the activities you would like to see and receive a notification when they are about to happen. You will receive news updates and you will be notified so you can be first to visit new born animals or the newest enclosures. 1 ★Locks up quickly while trying to use the map of the zoo. It's the only thing I wanted to use this app for.

2 ★Kan niet in Nederlands en krijg geen meldingen van voedertijden.

4 ★Really nice ideas but some more info / functionality would make it a lotbetter. How long does the bird show or the lion feeding take? On adding thebird show to my route I should see time of my route increase... I can notadjust the order of the items in my route. A pity because sometimes theroute isn't calculated like I want it to be.

3 ★The app is well designed but the informtion provided seems to be outdatedand lacks current events and hapenings. Like the births of many animals forexample. Please keep the app up-to-date and a 4 or 5 star rating isdefiantly possible.

5 ★Super useful app. Shows feeding times and other useful additional information. Also includes information that is otherwise displayed on the information signs next to the exhibits, this way you can read up on the animals without having to fight your way to the signs. The map is also very accurate and incredibly helpful.

1 ★Please don't use location when app is in background. It happens at least on the screen with the map of the zoo.

5 ★Very handy app when visiting this wonderful zoo. Interesting facts about the animals and architectural history. And especially useful for finding your way around. I just hope it will eventually be available in other languages, like English, too.
