4 ★Some glitches, volume and equalizer slider won't slide. You net to tapsomewhere to increase or decrease the levels. The speaker sound quality isexceptionally huge and clean. It's fun to listen.
4 ★App does not work, can not see and connect to the RIVA ARENA via WiFi network, the speaker works fine with google home. Update: I managed to connect it and it seems to work fine now. Will update if something goes wrong again.
3 ★The new version of this app fails to find all speakers often and has to close and reopen to find them. The prior version did not have this problem. The volume is more granular but still not good enough, needs more finite steps. A % or number feedback would be helpful so ideal volume settings could be remembered/reproduced. This is important for balance between rooms and also for transient noise that requires different volumes like taking a shower. Knowing the best volume setting for the activity would be helpful instead of guessing and setting it each time. The speaker icons at each end of the volume bar need to work as plus and minus buttons to avoid the janky volume adjuster not moving right. Wanted to note I have 3 festivals and 1 arena. Update: New version of the app still fails to find speakers but using the refresh button once or twice seems to solve this instead of having to close and reopen the app to get it to find them. Still desperately need app to show a number scale/percentage to know your exact audio setting for future use. Speaker icons at both ends of audio scale operating as + and - would be great. Sound modes power vs. trillium appear to have been removed as well as left and right speaker functionality for the festival models. Not sure why that was done and there was no announcement. This does not affect me but if I had $1,000 worth of festivals set up as left and right and they didn't say anything to me and took it away I'd be pretty mad.

3 ★Hardware companies often focus only on the hardware, providing not enough resources to produce a decent app. Pioneer/samsung I'm looking at you. Riva, while not as bad as that, could also invest more effort into their software. I've only had the speaker up and running 10 minutes so far and something has crashed. Could actually be the speaker server itself. I couldn't change settings nor play local mp3. Needed to hard restart the speaker itself before things would work again. And this app? No support for Ogg Vorbis! Please improve! I had great faith in your "philosophy of sound".
3 ★Hi Improvements needed 1) sound volume should increase and decrease smoothly. 2) can't find a way to create new playlists on the app 3) can't find the setting of audio output on the latest 2.6 version. 4) No pre set equaliser... adjustments are very basic.
3 ★PLEASE bring back the Audio Output mode option for the Festival as this is now missing or no option for left / right or power mode. Also can you make the volume slider adjustments smaller - currently there are big jumps in volume.
